Node architecture affinity

The default chart should have node affinities for architectures supported by the images used. Eg, https://hub.docker.com/layers/ilum/ui/6.1.0/images/sha256-88e265bc1d386b45ee4bd29fd1cb8e057da556a3137bf337d853a973d9bce5b3?context=explore is only available in amd64, so it shouldn't be scheduable on arm64 for example. While we can set these ourselves in the chart, it seems we cannot currently set affinity for jobs created by jupyter.
