Integration of Flyte as a module in Ilum

We suggest implementing Flyte as an inherent module in Ilum. Flyte is an open-source platform which is a workflow orchestration solution which is helpful for building, scheduling, and monitoring data pipelines, and machine learning pipelines. Integrating Flyte into Ilum will allow us to have complex workflows, orchestrated workflow systems on a single data platform. https://flyte.org/ We’ll significantly improve our platform incorporating Flyte into Ilum by. - Users will be able to define, execute, and monitor complex data workflows and pipelines from within Ilum. - Using Flyte will allow for scalable, repeatable data conditions with workflows that have verioning to ensure scale and repeatability. - Streamlining Workflow Orchestration: With the addition of Flyte, users will be able to define, run, and monitor complex data workflows and pipelines within the Ilum ecosystem. - By integrating Flyte into Ilum, the workflows, data cataloging, and processing can exist in one place, instead of different areas away from each other. 1. Integrate Flyte's orchestration engine directly within Ilum such that users can design and schedule their workflows, as well as monitor them from the platform. - Users can manage data pipelines alongside catalogs, transformation tools, and business intelligence tools. 2. Flyte can have small data issues to global corporation data issues employing its massive scale and robustness. - Make sure every workflow is versioned and readily reproducible with strong change management and audit trails. 3. Workflows can be triggered automatically based on data arrival and schedule. This helps to automate the execution of ETL and machine learning workflows. - You can analyze the execution of your workflows and view their dependencies through dashboards and logs. 4. Encourage teamwork by offering workflow definition-sharing and versioning tools to allow a team of people to work with a pipeline. - Let data engineers, analysts, and data scientists manage their workflows in one environment to cut down context switching. In conclusion, by incorporating it into Ilum, Flyte will allow our users to have workflow orchestration tools for data and automation on a single platform. This improvement will smoothen the creation, execution, and monitoring of complex data pipelines, which will, in turn, drive greater efficiency and scalability in data operations. We look forward to feedback from the community and our developers as we progress with this integration.
